Shipping

• Free US shipping on orders over $100. Standard shipping is $7 below the threshold.
• Apparel is printed to order, the cap is embroidered to order, and accessories are finished to order in the U.S. Typical handling is 2-5 business days.
• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after handling. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
• International shipping is available to Canada, UK, and Australia. Duties paid by recipient.

Quality Notes

• Product pages list garment weight, fit notes, care guidance, and approved colorways before checkout.
• Product colors are chosen so the artwork remains readable in real use and in product photos.
• Core pieces use tested blanks, restrained print placement, and limited colorways so the artwork stays readable.

Returns

• 30 days, no questions asked on unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
• Free return labels for US orders.
• Refunds process within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Final sale: opened sticker packs and custom bulk orders. Everything else is returnable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email hello@redeemedapparel.com with your order number. We'll send a free exchange label and confirm the replacement timeline within one business day. The new piece is printed or embroidered on the same 2-5 day handling cycle as a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Reach us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately: replacement, refund, or store credit, your call.
