Frequently Asked

Plain answers, no fluff.

What does "premium" actually mean for your tees?+

Heavyweight Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed cotton at 6.1 oz per yd², washed at the mill before it leaves. The cotton is heavier than fast-fashion tees, drapes better, and softens further with every wash. Hand-feel difference is immediate.

What about your hoodies?+

Mid- and heavy-weight cotton blends with brushed-fleece interiors, drop-shoulder cuts, ribbed cuffs and hems. Built to soften with wear and outlast the trend cycle.

Do you screenprint Bible verses across the front of shirts?+

No. We use considered placement, restrained typography, and approved color pairings. The artwork should be quiet, but it still has to read when someone is looking at the garment.

Where is the design placed on each piece?+

Varies by piece. Most tees and long sleeves use a small left-chest mark, which is a standard apparel placement. Loved is centered by design. Caps use front-center embroidery, and the tote uses a small lower-corner wordmark.

How does sizing run?+

True to size with a slightly relaxed fit. Size up if you prefer extra room. The size guide has chest and length measurements per piece.

Where are your products made?+

Redeemed is designed in Nashville. Garments are printed to order in the U.S. using tested blanks and limited colorways.

Which colors are available?+

We only offer colors where the artwork is easy to read. Light garments use warm charcoal or taupe artwork. Dark garments return when the print reads clearly.

Do you offer wholesale or church partnerships?+

Selectively. Email partners@redeemedapparel.com with your context. We read every one and reply within a few days.

Is the Concierge a real person?+

It's an AI trained on our catalog and brand voice. For anything it can't answer, it points you to email, and a real human responds within 24 hours, weekdays.

What's your return policy in one line?+

30 days, free return labels in the US, no questions asked.
