What we collect
- Email address and name when you subscribe, apply to Redeemed Circle, request a group-order quote, submit a wear note, or contact us.
- Order details — name, shipping address, email, and the items you bought — when you check out. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store card numbers.
- Basic usage data through cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, items added to cart, and how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your order, send order updates, and answer your messages.
- To send email you asked for — new releases and first-access notes. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
- To understand what is working on the site so we can improve it.
Who processes it
- We share data only with the services that run the store: Shopify (checkout and orders), our print partners (name and shipping address, to make and ship what you ordered), Klaviyo (email), Meta and Google (site analytics and advertising measurement), and Vercel (site hosting).
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside of the services above.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@redeemedapparel.com and we will respond within a few business days.
- Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
