How we collect reviews.

We don't take public review submissions. Open review forms invite spam and spoiled trust. Instead, we email every customer ~10 days after delivery and ask three questions: how does it fit, how does the fabric feel, how did the first wash go.

Replies are read by a real person. The ones that help the next customer make a decision get published on the product page, with a Verified Buyer stamp when the review is matched to a confirmed order.
